Shipping Policy


Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We ship fabrics by the yard across the United States using trusted courier partners.

Typical delivery times are:


Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days


Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)



Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.


Shipping Charges


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight or length of your fabric order.


Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.


Delivery Issues


We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Return and Exchange Policy


We take great care in inspecting and packaging all fabrics before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly accept a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges


Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products.


You must inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery by emailing us at support@fabricsbyveeana.com.


Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.



Return Authorization and Shipping


Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Please ensure the returned fabric is in its original condition, unwashed, uncut, and unused.


Refund Process


Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected within 2 working days.

After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Non-Returnable Items


Fabrics that have been cut, washed, altered, or used are not eligible for return.


Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as color variation, feel, or texture differences due to digital display limitations.
